Experienced Senior New Homes Salesperson to work on site and Head Office
Proactive and inventive sales techniques
Be fit and healthy and able to set up sales office and showhomes
Working to targets selling new homes mostly from plan
All aspects of administration associated with sale of new homes from inception to handover and beyond.
Market research, liaising with local Estate Agents and builders
Designing and formulating brochures

The suitable candidate will need to be flexible and enthusiastic and have extensive knowledge of sales process including contract chasing, discussion with solicitors and Estate agents. Knowledge of part exchange procedures
